1979 about 1972 First recollections of School Daze:

I just have been in schol for whole week, and I dont think its as great goodie-goodie as I thought it would be. I cna't stand it no more! Everday I gotta go to school for a whole day! A whole day sitting aroudn with Mrs. Genkins an old lady who makes you write your AVC's every five minutes....but I better not tell mommy that I dont want to go to school anymore, because I'm a "big girl now."

I hope it snows a hurricane today....that way there won't be any school....mommy told me to remind her to clean my ears before I go to school.
